This upgrade to our BASIC SERVICE is ideal for a “VIRTUAL OFFICE” and gives the caller two options after they hear your personal greeting.
They can press "1" to leave a voicemail message, OR press “2” to have the system attempt to locate you by telephone.
The system prompt will advise the caller: “You have reached the personal assistant for (YOUR NAME or COMPANY NAME)”. And ask… “Who’s calling?” The caller would then say their name.
The system will place the caller on hold (with your choice of several music-on-hold formats) and out dial up to FOUR (4) different telephone numbers that you have selected. (For example, your main office line/ Office “Back-Line”/ Cell phone/ Residence phone.)
Whichever of these lines is answered, the system will advise you: “This is the personal assistant for (YOUR NAME or COMPANY NAME). I have a call from…" and you would hear the caller say their name.
You then have the option to accept the call, or have the system advise the caller that you are unavailable and direct the call to your voicemail.
