We-Answer-Phones is the web-based offshoot of PAGE CALL COMMUNICATIONS and ALL OFFICE SUPPORT.  These two firms were founded in 1994.  Page Call as a communications product provider and All Office Support as a telephone answering service operating 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 

As our client base grew locally, we added digital fiber optic telephone service and provided toll-free numbers for all of our clients… from across the street… to across the nation. 

Our client base continued to grow rapidly, providing our services to a variety of other industries that needed live telephone receptionists and after-hours notification.  Businesses and organizations such as plumbing, heating, electrical, apartments, hospitals, physicians, and many federal, state and local government agencies.

In 1998 we began providing our services to other telephone answering service operations  from various parts of the U.S. This offering allowed these other answering service firms to not only provide a higher technical level of service for their clients, but also to utilize our operators as a means of controlling their own payroll expenses.

As our investment in the latest state-of-the-art the technology expanded and improved, our “Virtual Receptionist” automated service became increasingly more popular.  We are truly unique in that our combination of computer telephony AND… AT THE OPTION OF OUR CLIENT…  the ability that any caller may instantly speak IN PERSON with a dedicated operator.  This advance overcame the caller’s resistance to the other “automated” voicemail services presently available.

This advanced concept has achieved tremendous acceptance in that the automated process may handle many of your “routine” calls.  Calls for office hours, directions, etc., need NOT involve payroll staff. If the caller needs to leave a message... they would enter the voicemail system.  HOWEVER... if they need "live" assistance, they may "Press '0' for operator.  During your normal business hours, this call would be directed to your main office line.  After hours, the call would be directed to our answering service... which operates 7-days-a-week/ 24-hours-a-day.
