How long a contract do I have to sign up for?

The success of our business depends upon the quality of service that you receive, not on a legal document.  For that reason alone, we operate on a month-to-month basis with our clients unless they prefer to do otherwise. If your business or government agency requires a contract, we will be pleased to provide one.

What equipment do I need to use the answering service?

ABSOLUTELY NONE!  All of your calls would be controlled by your "One-Number".  It's YOUR CALLER... and at YOUR OPTION... that would direct the call to our operator.  The only thing you need is Call Forwarding Service from your local telephone company.  For the most efficient service, we recommend that two additional features be added to call forwarding: "No Answer/ Forward" and "On Busy/ Forward". These added low cost features provide you with the peace of mind that your business line will always be answered, even if you forget to transfer your phones when you leave the office.

How does the billing system work?

The billing cutoff is on or about the 15th of the month for that month's charges (Additional minutes plus any Operator Assisted calls), and for One-Number service for the following month.  Invoices are due on the 1st of the month following.    A "Late Payment" service charge will be added to invoices which remain open after the 5th of the month, and an account will be immediately suspended if any invoice is not paid on or before the 10th of the month.  Suspended accounts will be reactivated only when full payment of all open invoices.  A deposit equal to one month's service may be required.  Disputes, collection actions, and appearances are governed by prevailing  laws.

How do I add usage minutes to my account?  Simply phone, fax or e-mail us to add more minutes to your account.  Minute "blocks" are added in $5.00 increments.
