The Martinique II
Our Martinique II Model home located at 4009 Chiquita Blvd. S. in Cape Coral, has won 7 awards from the CCCIA (Cape Coral Construction Industry Association) Parade of Homes, including Best Overall, and 9 awards from the LBIA (Lee County Building Industry Association) Parade of Homes, including Superior Home Award!  We are extremely proud of these awards as we had tremendous competition!  This award winning model is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 to 5:00 and Sundays from Noon to 5:00.  Stop in and see for yourself.  Click Here for a photo of the model home. 

The Aruba
This model is adjacent to our parking lot for the Martinique II model at 4009 Chiquita Blvd. S. in Cape Coral.  This model features a real marble master bath, granite kitchen tops, wood flooring, real stone entry, and many more truly beautiful and unique items.  You simply must see this house to appreciate its beauty.  Come by our model on Chiquita to check it out! 

The St. Croix and The St. Thomas
We have two new models under development. The first, The St. Croix will begin construction in Serrano, a gated community in Bonita Springs. The second, The St. Thomas will follow. You can view these designs by using the following links: [The St. Croix]  [The St. Thomas]

New Commercial Division
Our new Commercial Division is busy!  We have recently finished an interior build out for VINO 100, which is a national chain of wine retailers.  This project is located in S. Ft. Myers at Andrea Lane and US 41.  We are nearly complete with the first phase of The Shoppes at Harbor Palms located at 1715 Cape Coral Pkwy. W.  This is an eight unit retail space, with two more phases of eight units each to follow.  Look for a Curves, Executive Title, Nail Salon, among other exciting businesses to be included in this space.   

New Real Estate Division

Suite 8, Cape Coral, FL  33909.  We have the same phone numbers.  At our new location, we have the Construction Office, as well as the Real Estate Office and the Commercial Division.  We are very excited to be in our beautiful new office.  We invite anyone to stop and visit.
