If you would like to combine your sailing with a resort vacation, we
have the package for you. We have a beach front condo on Marco
Island. Marco Island is located at the gateway to the Ten Thousand
Islands.
The yacht will be ready for your daily use at the Marco River Marina,
located just 5 minutes from the condo.
Spend as much time sailing each day as you wish, and relax in the comfort
of our beach front condo each evening. You may also wish to enjoy
one of the superb local eateries or take in some nightlife.
Our condominium is located on the eighth floor at the
exclusive South Seas Club. The southern exposure makes it particularly
attractive and presents a panoramic view of the beautiful crescent shaped
Marco Island Beach.

licensed captain, add $150 per day (24 hours). Gratuity not included.
