BOOKING TERMS
Complete the enclosed reservation form and, if bareboating, the skipper’s resume. A 40% deposit is required at the time your reservation is made. Visa/Mastercard or personal check are accepted. Upon receiving your charter deposit and skipper’s resume, we will mail you a SFS charter agreement to review and complete for return to us. The balance of your charter fees, including a security deposit, if bareboating, is due 4 weeks prior to your charter. This can also be paid by Visa/Mastercard or personal check.

CHARTER PERIOD
Our normal charter week is 7 days. Charters are available for any period with a minimum of 2 days. If the boat is ready, you may board at any time after noon the day before your charter, The next day begins the 1st day of your charter. In all cases we allow for the credit of another day when weather or other uncontrollable factors force the return of the boat short of the intended charter period. If mechanical problems occur, we will provide substitute time or credit for this also.

INSURANCE
All yachts are fully insured for hull damage, public liability and indemnity. For bareboats a security deposit is required. See the appropriate rate sheet for amount. Damages incurred will be deducted from your security deposit.

NAVIGATION LIMITS
Extend from the Florida Keys to Tampa Bay. Exceptions to these limits can be considered on a case-by-case basis.

EXCLUDED RUNNING EXPENSES
Running expenses are excluded. An estimate of those may be as follows:

• Food and Non-alcoholic drinks $30/person/day
• Fuel $50 per week
• Dockage $40-$80/night
