Welcome to   Eat More Strawberries .com

Ed Bell is a farmer at heart.

Raised on an Indiana grain and livestock farm, Ed now grows black berries, raspberries, asparagus, and several acres of strawberries on his 72-acres. In 1982 at age, twenty-one Ed survived a violent criminal  attack and sustained a gunshot wound which left him permanently paralyzed.  Ed  has learned how to “re-define” success while farming from a wheelchair.  Adversity has continued to be a regular visitor to the Bell family including a fire that burned their old log home in 1995. Ed has overcome many storms in life. He now uses his farming and disability background to encourage others. Ed enjoys cultivating people by sowing optimistic seeds of hope, humor, faith, and perseverance as he speaks to audiences across the nation.   Ed’s presentations are humorously harvested from his real life experiences. Ed can teach your group how to better manage life’s challenges, cultivate adversity, and persevere in trying times.
