Q: How much does it cost to rent the Limo-Bus?
A: The prices posted for regularly scheduled events are per person. If you wish to rent the Limo-Bus for a private event then the price will be $150 per hour with or without a host/hostess. The price for a 10 hour trip to Miami or Ybor or WPB is $60 per person (minimum 20 people, maximum 30).
Q: What are the minimum number of hours that Limo-Bus can

A: Six hours
Q: Is a grill provided at the tailgate party?
A: Most definitely. We have a large grill that we tow to the tailgate party.
Q: Is food provided at the tailgate parties?
A: No, however, if you e-mail us with your order, at least 24 hours in advance, the chauffer will pick it up at Publix and charge only the receipt price for the food. In other words our food pick up service is provided at no additional charge.
Q: I am the best Bar-B-Q cook in the world, may I Bar-B-Q
my own steaks?
A: Yes, as long as you cook my steak also!!!
Q: Are we allowed to drink on the Limo-Bus?
A: Yes, and if your over 21 you can drink alcoholic beverages.
Q: I like to drink Wild Turkey, do you provide Alcohol on
the Limo-Bus?
A: No, however, if you e-mail us your order, at least 24 hours in advance, and are over 21, the chauffer will pick up your order for no additional charge. You will only need to pay the receipt price.
Q: When and how do I pay you back for my food and beverage
orders?
A: When you board the Limo-Bus and we accept cash, credit cards, and checks (if you have money in your account).
Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: Call or E-mail us.
Q: When do you run my credit card through?
A: When you make the reservation.
Q: If I have made a reservation and then cancel, do I
receive a refund?
A: If you cancel more the 72 hours before departure then we will give you a full refund.

A: Yes
Q: Are we allowed to bring our own movies?
A: Yes, if you have chartered the Limo-Bus. Otherwise we have a collection of movies for your viewing pleasure.
Q: Does the per person price or hourly charter rate include a tip for the chauffer and hostess?
A: No. However if the service is spectacular, i.e. the chauffer got your food and beverage order correct, the hostess kept your drinks full, then a tip is appreciated, but it is NOT required.
Q: What is the customary amount of gratuity?
A: It’s like a restaurant, it depends upon the quality of service.
Q: Do you provide tickets to any of the scheduled events?
A: No, we are not a ticketing agency and thus we don’t provide tickets. We encourage our passengers to go to ticketmaster.com or tickets.com to secure tickets to the events.
